Assistant Brand Manager - Popchips

The Role Summary:
The ABM will support the growth plans across the portfolio. The role reports into the Senior Brand Manager (SBM), and sits within the wider marketing team at KP Snacks.
The Role Responsibilities:
Support the SBM in the creation of 3 year brand vision, strategy and plan.
Lead the execution the in year brand plan with the support of the SBM and marketing coordinator
Cross functional alignment with key project teams and stakeholders e.g. Sales, Innovation, Trade and Shopper Marketing, Category, Sales, Finance, Forecasting
Forge strong relationships both internally (factories, sales, marketing) & with agency partners (Social/digital, design, BTL, PR agencies)
To Support the SBM with brand positioning & creative campaign workstreams and activation
P&L and Marketing Budget tracking
Be an active & participative member of the energetic and lively 50 strong marketing team
Regular brand performance reporting and analysis
Review performance of initiatives in-market

Entrepreneurial, nimble, ‘go get’ attitude with a challenger brand mindset
Digitally savvy, inquisitive and engaged with your consumer
Comfortable and engaged with social media
Creative, strategic, passionate and excited about brands, people, marketing, contemporary culture
A positive, forward, self starter with the ability to work autonomously and looking to make a difference!
Commercially minded with the ability to successfully prioritise workload
Able to make recommendations and inspire and influence upward
FMCG food and/or drinks brand management experience (min 2 years+)
