As our Business Development Manager (BDM) in Scotland, you will be acting as our senior business representative in the region. You will report into a Business Account Manager (BAM), but this is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and capable individual to take ownership and accountability for building, owning and delivering their commercial plans with our customers.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:
To increase KP business in line with the Impulse / RTM (Route To Market) vision & plan within a defined account base or regional location.
To understand overall plan and create local Joint Business Plans (JBP's) which are periodically reviewed to assess success and adapted / course corrected as necessary.
To ensure Wholesalers have the correct depot standards around either AVDV (Availability, Visibility, Display & Value) or Perfect depot guidelines.
