Consumer Services Coordinator
Part-time – 20 hours per week (specific hours tbc - but some flexibility required)
This is a challenging role and will best suit somebody who has prior customer service experience or experience working in a demanding consumer or customer facing administration role. You’ll need high levels of skill in the following areas as these will be utilised routinely in the course of your working day in the team:
Active listening, communication (verbal and written), prioritisation, administration (we use Microsoft Office & Google Office) & problem solving.
It would also be a huge advantage if the following person description sounds like you:
Customer focused with high levels of empathy (someone who gets a buzz from being helpful)
A team player who is flexible and accommodating (covering sickness & absence where necessary)
Positive attitude (even when it gets tough – yes, we sometimes have difficult days)
Appropriate training to understand the full range of products and the ways in which snack products are made will be provided.
