As an administrator in our HR Admin team, you will be pivotal to the support provided to the HR department (as well as the wider business) so to be successful you will be highly efficient and well organised.
Because you will be dealing with HR/people matters such as starters, leavers and payroll issues, it is essential that you operate with a sense of responsibility and confidentiality along with a high level of accuracy.
We use Microsoft Office as well as Google office so any experience of these will be hugely beneficial.
As a member of the HR Admin team you will be providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the following:
· Reference requests
· Change requests
· Stationery ordering
· Microsoft Excel skills (for mail merges / large mail outs)
